Description
Hekai is a region that produces very sophisticated sheng pu’er, with forest aromatic notes and an intense, clean liquor. Wild plants about 80 years old, natural forest environment, and artisanal but controlled processing in every step. You can find this wonderful tea in loose leaf, maocha style, and in hand-pressed cake. The richness and power of this tea will fill you with energy. This raw Pu’er is a testament to nature’s artistry. Its intricate dance of earthy, floral, and woody notes creates a truly unforgettable drinking experience.
\nWe recommend infusing in small clay teapots or gaiwan of 80-100 ml, 4-5 grams of leaves, infusion at 95°C with a very short rinse, and short infusions of about 10-20 seconds.
