Description

The first black tea harvest of the year, before the Wild Lapsang, is this Jinjunmei crafted in a “honey” style from plants that produce abundant fuzz. Producers mainly use the fuzzy buds to create a delicious and irresistible tea with a clean, bright liquor.
\nWe recommend infusions at 90°C in a 120-150 ml teapot or gaiwan, using 4 grams of leaves for about 40-60 seconds. Suitable for western-style infusions with times around 3 minutes.
