Description
Alishan is an unparalleled Taiwanese terroir. Its teas have reached extremely high levels of quality and have led the Gaoshan (high mountain tea) market since the 1990s. Among the various producers, we have once again chosen our Luo, who now owns many plantations in Alishan at altitudes between 1600 and 1750 meters. This iconic and classic tea possesses grace and refinement that are hard to achieve, as well as a bouquet of wonderful flowers.
\nWe recommend brewing at 85-90°C in a 100-120 ml gaiwan, using 4 grams of leaves. The first infusion should be around 60-90 seconds, while the second infusion requires 30-40 seconds. Do not rinse the leaves. It also makes an excellent cold brew.
