Description
After the harvest of Oriental Beauty in June, it's time for the black tea that Lin produces from one bud and two mature leaves. With long oxidation and rich fruity flavors, this is a red tea with a very structured and dry body, yet always bears the unmistakable signature of Master Lin.
We recommend infusing in a gaiwan at 85-90°C, using 4 grams in 120 ml for a 40-second infusion. It’s also suitable for western-style infusion in a 500 ml teapot for 2.5-3 minutes.
