The pomelo is one of the world’s oldest citrus fruits, used for centuries for its fruit and flowers. From the best and oldest pomelo trees in Fujian, comes the fragrance of this unique, low-oxidised oolong, blended and scented with whole pomelo flowers.
\nSoft, sweet notes, not too floral, typical of the Maoxie plant combined with the unique fragrance of pomelo flowers, very different from any other citrus flowers.
\nWe recommend infusing with gaiwan or teapots of 130-150 ml, water at 80°-85°C for 35-55 seconds.
