Description

Like its red version, this cake-processed Shuixian is the symbol of Zhangping area teas. Oxidation is low, making it an oolong that is very green and fresh, floral and creamy, similar to Jade Tieguanyin but crisper and more fragrant. The liqueur in the cup is bright light yellow and will surprise you with its floral complexity that is never overpowering.

We recommend a large gaiwan, one cake (or half for a smaller gaiwan), water at 90°C and infusion of 40 to 60 seconds.
