Unlike numerous imitations, this remains the most unique and fragrant Alishan red tea, suitable for any time of year and day. Tea lovers cannot overlook its qualities. After oxidizing the red tea, the leaves are rolled like classic Gaoshan oolong and roasted several times. This low-temperature roasting creates the unique chocolate and toasted bread aroma of this Alishan hongcha.<\/p>\n<p>We recommend infusing in a 120 ml gaiwan at 90\u00b0C, using 4 grams of leaves and infusion times between 30 and 60 seconds.
