Over the aging process, the profile has evolved incredibly: the fruity notes have deepened, and the body has become oily and mineral. This already sublime tea can continue to improve.<\/p>\n<p>Stock of this tea is limited, and once it\u2019s gone, it will no longer be available on the market.<\/p>\n<p>Brewing recommendations: Brew in a gaiwan at 90-90\u00b0C, 4 grams per 120-140 ml for about one minute, with subsequent infusions from 40 to 60 seconds.
