Description

This cultivar is very popular in Taiwan, especially around altitudes of 700-1100 metres, where it is at its best in terms of aroma and flavour. Precisely because it is a very common tea, it is not easy to find very high quality ones, but this version is an exception! Very creamy in body and with great character, when the liquor cools it remains smooth without ever being vegetal or with hints of dry straw (as is the case with lower strengths or low quality grades).
\nWe recommend infusions at 90°C in 120-150 ml teapots for 40-80 seconds.
