\nTwo rarities distinguish it: it is a “dong pian” or winter harvest, very rare, and it is produced from “bitten” plants, that is, plants that have been attacked by the bite of various insects that are found in Luo’s wild plantations in winter.
\nIn addition to the jacobiasca insect that preferably attacks the oriental beauty plants, there are many other small insects that live in collaboration and balance with Luo’s plants.
\nThese insect attacks cause the plant to produce unique chemical molecules that give fruity and floral fragrance to this unique tea.
\nWe recommend infusion at 90°C in a 120-150 ml gaiwan with 5 grams of leaves and variable infusions from 40 seconds to 120 seconds.
