Description

The Taicha #22 cultivar is a hybrid of two iconic cultivars, Qingxin and Jinxuan, and from them inherited a milky yet elegant body and fresh, floral and sweet aromatic notes.
In this version processed as a large-leaf Baozhong with very low oxidation, within 15%, it has unique and very distinctive notes reminiscent of orchid and tropical flowers.
Very fresh and sugary, it is suitable for maturing, during which it takes on rich hints of light honey and increases in body viscosity. We recommend maturing this tea for at least a few months (or more) to perceive the sweet and floral notes with greater intensity.
We recommend infusion in water at a temperature of 85-90°C, 4 grams per 120-140 ml gaiwan, infusions of 40 to 80 seconds.
