Description

We present a truly rare white tea, a rarely used cultivar, #20, grown at 1600 meters and processed as white tea in 2015. Over the aging process, the profile has evolved incredibly: the fruity notes have deepened, and the body has become oily and mineral. This already sublime tea can continue to improve.
\nStock of this tea is limited, and once it’s gone, it will no longer be available on the market.
\nBrewing recommendations: Brew in a gaiwan at 90-90°C, 4 grams per 120-140 ml for about one minute, with subsequent infusions from 40 to 60 seconds. It is also possible to boil the tea in a clay or heat-resistant glass teapot.
