Description
At Lumbini Tea Valley, they are always curious and attentive to creating teas that are sought after in both flavor, shape and beauty, aiming to bring us to a state of well-being during tasting.
In this case, the leaves underwent slight withering before stopping oxidation and processing into rings; the shaping step was done entirely by hand, piece by piece. The result is a very pale liquor, reminiscent of the yellow of unripe lemon, with a light and elegant body.
We recommend infusion in a teapot, 5 grams for 400 ml, water at 85°C, and infusions up to 5 minutes.
