Description

In the Guangdong region, near the Phoenix Mountain range, wonderful oolong teas are produced, but this family has decided to create a red tea using wild Milan Xiang plants typically used for Dancong oolong. The result is an apotheosis of unique flavors and fragrances; we recommend aging it for a few years to intensify its body and woody, spicy aromas.
\nWe recommend infusions in porcelain or Yixing clay at 90°C for numerous short infusions, using about 4 grams of leaves for 100-120 ml of water.
