This tea has also won several awards in Asia, and we present it to you with a few years of aging that has intensified its bouquet. Lighter notes compared to the brother tea Ruanzhi hongcha but with a subtle structural complexity.
We recommend infusion in a 120 ml gaiwan with water at 90°C, 4 grams of leaves, and about 50-70 seconds for the first infusion.
